Conditions for Returns

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for returns.

- Perishable goods like honey, oil, arqayat or certain herbal products that can spoil quickly.
- Custom or special-order items.
How to Request a Return

- Provide the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return (include photos if applicable).
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after we inspect and approve the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued through your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
